This is the Vermont National Guard Good Conduct Ribbon. It is awarded to members of the Vermont National Guard who complete a minimum of 3 years of service. To qualify, the service must be considered exemplary, however does not have to be continuous. Additional awards are shown by wearing a bronze oak leaf cluster on the ribbon.
