Had a 7-Ribbon rack done, then realized I forgot 3 ribbons. Called USAMM resulting in sending it back where they corrected it to a 10-Ribbon rack and returned it to me very quickly. I liked the ribbon rack so much, I ordered a mini-medal rack which was completed and delivered within like 7 days... awesome. I learned something too... some Army ribbons do not have medals associated with them. Thus, my 10-Ribbon and 7-mini-medal racks are provided. I am very pleased with my purchases from and customer service of USAMM and recommend them to everyone.
