Republic of Vietnam Staff Service 1C Medal Ribbon

The Republic of Vietnam Staff Service Medal was a decoration presented by South Vietnam to recognize U.S. military personnel who served on a military staff for at least six months between 1964 - 1973 and demonstrated exceptional conduct. The 1st Class medal is awarded to officers and the 2nd Class medal is awarded to non-commissioned officers and enlisted men.
