This is the Pennsylvania National Guard Meritorious Service Ribbon. Awarded to service members of the PA National Guard who provide exemplary service for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. For subsequent awards silver star will be presented, while a numerical device is issued for the sixth and succeeding awards.
