Pennsylvania National Guard Keystone Freedom Thin Ribbon

This is the Pennsylvania National Guard Keystone Freedom Ribbon. Awarded to service-members of the Pennsylvania National Guard who deploy outside the state for 3 or more rotations. Deployments must be for 30 consecutive days or 60 non-consecutive days in an area of engagement. Subsequent awards will be denoted by a bronze oak leaf cluster.
