Criteria: The Oregon National Guard Commendation is awarded to members of the Army and Air National Guards who perform acts or a series of acts in support of the mission of the Oregon National Guard in a way that reflects highly upon the individual as well as the Guard itself. Bronze oak leaf clusters will be worn to represent 2nd a subsequent awards.
