Criteria:

This is the Ohio National Guard Faithful Service Ribbon. Awarded to service members of the Ohio National Guard who complete 5 years of faithful and honorable service. To qualify the service must have been efficient and the service member needs to have shown loyalty to the state. For additional awards oak leaf cluster, either bronze or silver are affixed to the ribbon.
