New Jersey National Guard Meritorious Service Ribbon

Criteria: This is the Arkansas National Guard Medal of Honor Ribbon. This award will be made to any current or former member of the military forces of the Arkansas living or deceased. The action must be for heroism, exemplary service, or achievement of such magnitude and importance as to reflect great credit, distinction and honor. This award can be earned more than once and it is shown by bronze and silver diamonds.
