This is the Nevada National Guard Medal of Merit Ribbon. Awarded to any member of the NVARNG who distinguishes themselves by exceptional heroism, meritorious service or meritorious achievement. Subsequent awards are denoted by oak leaf clusters. Awards for heroism are denoted by a single bronze "V" device.
