Criteria: The MONG Commendation ribbon is awarded for highly commendable and publicly recognizable service to the State of Missouri as well as outstanding acts of achievements. Subsequent awards are denoted by bronze oak leaf clusters. Silver oak leaf clusters are worn in place of five bronze oak leaf clusters.
