This is the Michigan National Guard State Partnership Ribbon. Awarded to members of the Michigan National Guard who have deployed to the nation(s) that Michigan is a partner of. Those nations are either Liberia or Latvia and the time served must have exceed 5 days. For additional awards a bronze oak leaf cluster is presented, while a 6th award is shown by a silver oak leaf cluster.
