This is the Maine National Guard Good Conduct Ribbon (no longer awarded). Issued to enlisted members of the Maine Army National Guard for exemplary behavior, efficiency and fidelity for 3 yrs of continuous military service. Subsequent awards are denoted with bronze star devices.
