Louisiana National Guard Cross of Merit Medal Ribbon

Criteria:

Awarded to any individual who while serving honorably with the Louisiana National Guard distinguished himself by exceptional heroism, meritorious achievement, or meritorious service. General officers are not eligible for this award. When awarded specifically for heroism, a bronze V will be attached to the center of the ribbon.
