Criteria:

This is the Kentucky National Guard Faithful Service Ribbon. Awarded to members of the Kentucky National Guard who serve for five years in an honorable fashion. The time does not have to be consecutive, but must have been in an active status. Subsequent awards are displayed by bronze and silver oak leaf clusters.
