This is the Kentucky National Guard Distinguished Service Ribbon. Awarded to members of the Kentucky National Guard who set themselves apart through extremely meritorious service and/or exemplary achievements. For an award that signifies valor, a "V" device is bestowed. For any other subsequent award, a bronze oak leaf cluster is presented.
