This is the Kentucky National Guard Berlin Crisis Ribbon. Awarded to active duty Kentucky Army National Guard members who served during the Berlin Crisis from Oct. 1961 to Aug. 1962. Authorized devices include the "BERLIN CRISIS" bar and five point stars.
