This is the Kansas National Guard Service Medal Ribbon. It is awarded to members of the Kansas National Guard who serve in the Kansas National Guard in active status. Awarded in the following five classes, with appurtenances bestowed accordingly.

Class 1, the ribbon will be awarded. For Class 2 -5 a sunflower device will be awarded.
