Hawaii National Guard State Active Duty Ribbon

Criteria: This is the Hawaii National Guard State Active Duty Ribbon. This ribbon is awarded to any member who distinguishes themselves by meritorious service in support of any significant military operation of a humanitarian nature as designated by declaration of emergency operation, direct support to a Homeland Defense operation or activity for a minimum of 30 days for law enforcement duties, disaster relief, public health, welfare and safety missions, or war, invasion or national emergency.
