Criteria: The Fleet Marine Device, also known as the Combat Operations Insignia, is a decoration of the United States Marine Corps that is worn as an attachment to various campaign medals and Navy Service Ribbons. It is awarded to Navy service members who have been a part of a Fleet Marine Force Unit while in active service with an armed opponent.
