Criteria: Worn by Legalmen (LN) with ranks from Petty Officer 3rd Class (E-4) to Petty Officer 1st Class (E-6). Legalmen are typically responsible for helping legal professionals and are the equivalent of civilian paralegals. They maintain records, documents and legal reference libraries. They may also give advice on tax returns, voter registration, immigration and customs regulations, and benefits from Social Security and Veterans Affairs.
