Criteria: Worn by Fire Control Technicians (FT) with ranks from Petty Officer 3rd Class (E-4) to Petty Officer 1st Class (E-6). Fire Control Technicians are typically responsible for all of the electronic equipment used in submarine weapons systems by the USN. They maintain and repair all of the equipment required to safely and accurately us the Navy's guided missiles and underwater weapons.

The badge is sold with all 3 chevrons below the rating for E-6, and can be tailored down to the other two chevrons.
