This is the Arizona National Guard Honor Attendance Ribbon. This ribbon is no longer awarded, but can be worn if previously earned. It was earned by each enlisted member for one retirement year had 100% drill attendance, which may include constructive attendance and/or equivalent training. It can be earned more than once and it shown by bronze numerals centered on the ribbon.
