United States Navy Airman Apprentice Training Graduate Rating Badge

Criteria: Worn by the Graduate of the Apprentice Training programs of the United States Navy, it is the badge worn by the lowest rank (E-1). The badge is worn in the same place as the Striker Bars that an E-2 would wear. Each "community" has its own individual badge that represents the community in which the Seamen is a member. The communities are:

• Seamen Apprentice (General community)

• Hospital Apprentice (Medical community)

• Firemen Apprentice (Engineering community)

• Airmen Apprentice (Aviation community)

• Construction Apprentice (Seabee community)
