Criteria: This shoulder sleeve insignia (SSI) is worn by the 48th Infantry Brigade Combat Team (48th IBCT). Headquartered in Macon, GA, as a brigade of the Georgia Army National Guard. Formerly known as the Lightning Brigade or Macon Volunteers. Patch measures 2-1/2" wide by 3-1/2" high with hook and loop fasteners. Worn on the OCP (Scorpion) and/or Multicam (OEF-CP) Army Combat Uniform (ACU). Sold individually.
