Criteria: This full color shoulder sleeve insignia (SSI) is worn by the 3rd Transportation Brigade based in Fort Belvoir, VA. Formerly the 3rd Transportation Command, and redesignated in 2013, this brigade is the first watercraft brigade in the US Army Reserve. Every Move a Success is their motto. Patch measures 2" in diameter for wear on the Army Class A Uniform (Greens).
