Criteria: These distinctive unit insignia (DUI) are worn by the 32nd Combat Support Hospital (32 CSH). Surgical Care Mobility is their motto. Originally approved for the 32nd Surgical Hospital in 1969 and redesignated in 1973. Unit crests are worn on the Army Service Uniform (ASU) and Army Class A Uniform (Greens).
