Criteria: These distinctive unit insignia (DUI) are worn by the 199th Regiment. Nous Sommes Pret is their motto and means We Are Ready. Worn by the Louisiana Army National Guard (LA ARNG) on the Army Class A Uniform (Greens) and Army Service Uniform (ASU). Originally approved for the 199th Infantry Regiment in 1952 and redesignated for the 199th Regiment in 1997.
