Criteria: These unit crests are worn by the 102nd Cavalry Regiment based out of the New Jersey Army National Guard. Show 'Em the Way reflects the units motto. Formerly approved for the 117th Cavalry Regiment in 1964, it was reassigned to the 102nd Cavalry Regiment in 2008.
