Air Force Exemplary Civilian Service Award Medal Lapel Pin

Criteria: The Air Force Exemplary Civilian Service Award Medal (AFECSAM) is given to Air Force personnel who have engaged in designated duties for at least one year in an outstanding manner, or have achieved a single service that greatly contributes to the accomplishment of the command mission. During service there must be clear and evident examples of how the employee surpassed service expected of an individual with similar responsibilities.
