Vermont National Guard Commendation Ribbon
This is the Vermont National Guard Commendation Ribbon. Awarded to members of the Vermont National guard who preform duty and service in a meritorious and exemplary fashion. Performing normal duty in an exceptional way does not suffice - as this award is bestowed for extraordinary acts of service. Subsequent awards will be represented by Oak Leaf Clusters.
