Criteria:
This is the Pennsylvania National Guard Commendation Medal Ribbon. Awarded to members of the Pennsylvania National Guard who serve admirably for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. For subsequent awards a silver star will be displayed. For sixth and succeeding awards a silver star device will be awarded.
