Criteria:
This is the New York National Guard Counterdrug Ribbon. The New York National Guard Counterdrug is awarded to any member of the New York National Guard is is ordered to duty in support of the Counterdrug mission for thirty cumulative days in one fiscal year. It is also awarded to any military member serving less than 30 days but who has significantly impacted the Counterdrug program by providing administrative, technical or other noteworthy support that furthers the program’s mission
