This is the Nevada National Guard Drennan A. Clark Order of Nevada Medal Ribbon. Awarded to an individual for exceptional meritorious service at a minimum of 25 yrs in the U.S. Military, and at least 20 yrs of this service must be in the Nevada National Guard.
