Criteria:
The MONG Recruiting and Retention ribbon is awarded to recruiters, retention NCO's & Officers for achievement in recruiting or retaining members of the Missouri National Guard. Bronze and silver oak leaf cluster can be worn on the ribbon to display additional awards.
