This is the Massachusetts Air National Guard Service Medal Ribbon. Awarded to members of the Massachusetts Air National Guard who serve for 3 years in an honorable fashion. For additional awards, a 3/16" bronze star is presented - while a 6th award is shown by wearing a 3/16" silver star on the ribbon.
