Maine National Guard State Emergency Service Ribbon
This is the Maine National Guard State Emergency Service Ribbon (no longer awarded). Awarded to members of the Maine National Guard for honorable service during a tour of ordered State Emergency Duty. Subsequent awards are denoted with bronze star devices.
