Maine National Guard National Emergency Service Ribbon
This is the Maine National Guard National Emergency Service Ribbon. Currently awarded to members of the Maine Army National Guard, as determined by the Adjutant General, for recognizing soldiers who are activated for a National or State emergency. Subsequent award are denoted with bronze star devices.
