This is the Georgia National Guard Defense Force Emergency Service School Ribbon. This award may be given to any member who has successfully completed five qualifying courses dealing with military or civilian emergencies by correspondence or as a resident student in a U.S. Armed Forces, National Guard, Federal or State Emergency Management Agency, or civilian school program.
