Basic Military Training Honor Graduate Ribbon
Criteria:
The Basic Military Training Honor Graduate Ribbon is an award of the United States Navy. It is presented to graduates of the Navy Basic Training who are designated as Honor Graduates. It is awarded to no more than 3% of graduates from each training group and retroactive awards are not authorized.
