Army OCP Rank - Enlisted and Officer with Hook and Loop
Please note, this affixes to uniforms with a "Hook-and-Loop Fastener" system. Many people mistake Hook-and-Loop Fasteners for "Velcro." This product is not "Velcro", although Hook-and-Loop Fasteners function in a very similar fashion. If you are unfamiliar with the functionality of a Hook-and-Loop Fastening system, please call us for clarification.
