Army Distinguished Civilian Service Award Medal
Criteria:
The Army Distinguished Civilian Service Award Medal (DCSM) is given to employees of the U.S. Army by the Secretary of the Army for providing extraordinary service, making a substantial contribution to the achievement of the Army's missions. The following personnel are generally eligible for the award: civilians not employed by Army contractors or the Army; Federal Government officials at the policy development level; technical personnel who serve the Army in an advisory capacity or as consultants.
