United States Army Aide to Brigadier General Insignia
Criteria: The Army Aide Insignia includes a shield, three quarters of an inch in height surmounted by a gold color eagle displayed with reversed wings half an inch in height. The chief of the shield is blue with silver stars reflecting the grade of the general officer the aide is serving, and 13 vertical stripes, 7 silver and 6 red. The insignia was approved in 1902.
